A couple months ago my Xbox LIVE account was HACKED. Not phished (which has happened to my Steam and Facebook accounts); it was hacked. Microsoft denies that any LIVE accounts are hacked, blaming stolen accounts on phishing scams, but I can prove mine was. Geoff Keighley apparently had a similar experience with no phishing involved. LIVE has some security issues Microsoft needs to deal with.
